After watching Noah puro resu in Japan, we’ve been on a pro-wrestling kick.  I think I was just a year too young to really get into it, but Casey was definitely a fan.  Either way, I’m jazzed for this documentary on GLOW.  I love how the trailer starts, with the question about what little girls dream of being when they grow up because I wanted to be POTUS or an astronaut.  But if I’d met Haruka, the nine year old Japanese wrestler, I might’ve joined the cause.  GLOW: The Story of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling is premiering at HotDocs in Toronto, one of the best documentary festivals in the world.  Watch this trailer and rock out to some ESG while you’re at it.
