Well, I’ve been in Tokyo for the last ten days and Casey was in London.  On the opposite ends of the world, we were still kicking ass and taking names.

I was in Tokyo for the Sherdog MMA Fighter Exchange, sponsored by EA Sports MMA.  And Casey was doing his usual AWESOME and AMAZING coverage of UFC 120.  Why caps?  Did you see this video Casey shot of Ariel Helwani at the Expo?  Did you?  It is wonderful.

Sorry for the very brief update. I’m averaging three hours a sleep a night, going three weeks now.  So I’m going to crash and tell you all about Strikeforce Challengers in Fresno when I wake.  Oh and all about Tokyo.  And Nagoya.  Oh my goodness.  There is so much to catch up on.
