MTV’s Rock N’ Jock countdown invaded AKA in San Jose for a few days during Strikeforce Challengers week and I hung around for some of the antics with Josh Thomson, Gilbert Melendez, staredown lessons with Mayhem and King Mo, and sparring with Miesha Tate.

Though Dirty appeared to survive his fight with Takedown Tate, even returning a few shots and flipping her over at one point, her body attacks got the better of him and by the end of the three one-minute rounds, the MTV host had to gulp fresh air outside in the rain to keep from vomiting.
