Gosh, it feels like forever since I’ve been at Strikeforce, having spent the last month on the road shootng UFC.  But I’m back and have two galleries for y’all today.

I spent the whole day at the Showtime feature shoot but took my lunch break to shoot Cung Le’s open workout at his USH gym in Milpitas, CA.

It was cool and I picked up a copy of Frank Shamrock’s MMA for Dummies, courtesy of Mr. Shamrock, who emceed the open workout.

I then hightailed it back to the shoot location just in time to see Scott Smith leave and King Mo show up.  Here are the photos from the feature shoot with Cung Le, Scott Smith, Matt Lindland, Mike Whitehead, King Mo, and Jacare.  Right now, I’m heading down to a banquet room to do my studio work.  I’ll try and post the good ones later tonight.  I’ll be working until 10 pm at least so maybe you’ll see a lot of stupid updates on twitter too.
