We managed to squeeze in some time with Mo Lawal preparing for his fight with Mike Whitehead at Strikeforce: Evolution, December 19 on Showtime in San Jose at the HP Pavilion.

This week, we’re out here in San Jose, Casey for AOL Fanhouse, now housed at mmafighting.com, and I’m here with Strikeforce, as evidenced by yesterday’s post of photos from our feature shoot and open workout.

Can’t wait for the fights on Saturday night.  It goes without saying that we are highly excited for King Mo’s debut in Strikeforce.
