Brett Rogers spent a week in Southern California visiting sponsors and training with various talent spread over three counties.  We caught up with “The Grim” in Redondo Beach doing a strength and conditioning workout with John Marsh, a bit of grappling with Chase Gormley (who is fighting next Saturday in UFC 104 here in my hometown), and chowed down on a pretty terrible but fun lunch.

I interviewed and of course, shot photos, of Brett Rogers’ training out here and we’re putting together a little video-slash-audio-slideshow for your future enjoyment.  It’ll be the first time we’ve made such a thing.
