We were privileged to get an inside look at X Gym in Rio De Janeiro and watch Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva, Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza, and Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante spar.  Of course, like most camps, we couldn’t video tape the all-out sparring session but we photographed it and incorporated it into Casey’s video on our day there.

Once we got to Cincinnati, we followed Daniel Cormier and Luke Rockhold of AKA around for a day, helping to round out a look into this amazing card Strikeforce is putting on for us Saturday night.
