Casey and I are chillin’ (no, really, it’s kind of cold) in St. Louis right now for Strikeforce: Henderson vs Babalu. We’ve had feature shoots, pressers, and weigh-ins today and I’m ready for fight night. Well, almost. I need a good night’s sleep first but then, I’ll be darn ready.

Spent the morning freezing my keester off at the practice field at the Russell Athletic Training Center in Earth City, MO, watching Robbie Lawler watch the St. Louis Rams prep for their game against the Arizona Cardinals. And now I bring you photos from the week!
