All Elbows caught up with “Mayhem” Miller during his training for the upcoming Strikeforce Middleweight Title fight versus Jake Shields in Chicago this Saturday (on CBS!). Miller has spent a lot of time in the spotlight for Bully Beatdown on MTV and perhaps a lot of fans forgot he is a real MMA fighter too. Mayhem discusses that and how this fight is the most important of his career, culminating after ten years of training and mental preparation.
UFC being in LA derailed our plans (as well as a giant hard drive failure) for bigger things but we hope you enjoy this little insight into Jason “Mayhem” Miller’s preparation for the Strikeforce Middleweight Belt. Don’t forget to tune in Saturday night on CBS for some amazing and free MMA.

**Also, many many apologies to Jake Shields, whom we shot photos and videos of and edited this awesome piece to hype up his side of this title match on CBS. However, as I’d mentioned in a few other posts, we had a catastrophic RAID failure taking all of our footage (years of work) with it. Casey filmed Mayhem after the data crash and we were lucky to find a bit of Jake Shields footage sitting on a drive we use to move files. However, it’s pretty unfair we were unable to make an awesome video for Jake, especially since the Gracie Academy was kind enough to let us shoot on their premises and Jake lent us his valuable training time for an interview. So, we here at All Elbows would like to apologize, and as soon as we come up with the cash to get our drive out of the repair shop (repair will be two weeks, bummer), we hope to post something — or use it for another bout. We also lost a completed piece we did with Brett Rogers that had yet to be uploaded, so it’s been a sad sad time for us.
