Casey and I went to the Lyoto Machida open workout today at the Black House gym in Gardena, he for AOL Fanhouse and I for Fighters Only Magazine. There were lots of good eats to be had at this merry occasion including various cookies decorated with a Machida silhouette! I was able to get “The Dragon” to pose with one of these delicious snacks.

We’ll post the resulting videos and photos tomorrow (probably). I just really wanted to share a photo of the cookies because I’m a dork. Can’t wait to show you the pictures because Machida’s father has, as most of you already know, the awesomest mustache, and I totally have a soft spot for old Japanese men.
